Exchange Policy (7 Days)

We offer exchanges for eligible orders within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Reasons for Exchange

  • Size issue
  • Damaged product received
  • Incorrect product received

Exchange Terms

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.
  • Exchange requests for color, design, or personal preference are not accepted.
  • Items purchased during sale, promotional offers, or combo deals are not eligible for exchange unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Item Condition

To be eligible for exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Include original packaging.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Our support team will respond within 24–48 working hours.

Return Shipping for Exchanges

Reverse pickup service is not currently available.

Customers are required to send the product to our return address using a reliable courier service.

Please ensure:

  • Your name and phone number are included inside the package.
  • The original shipping label or order details are enclosed.

Customers are responsible for return courier charges, and these charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

All products are checked carefully before dispatch.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Share clear photos or an unboxing video to help us verify the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement or exchange.

Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as size mismatch, color variation, fabric preference, or change of mind.

Refunds are only provided if:

  • A damaged or incorrect item is received, and
  • A replacement is not available.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Color Variation Disclaimer

Minor color differences of up to 10% may occur due to screen settings, photography lighting, and display variations. Such differences are not considered defects.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Non-Deliverable Orders

Orders returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address,
  • Incorrect contact details,
  • Customer unavailability, or
  • Refusal to accept delivery

are not eligible for automatic refund.

Any reshipping or reverse shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

International Orders

We do not offer exchanges for international orders.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@sajavatsuits.com with photos or videos.

Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties and import taxes.
